I was so excited when I first got the acceptance letter from University. However, I found it is such a tedious process for international student to get F1-Visa to study in the U.S. and Canada. There are a lot of materials that you need to prepare before going to U.S. embassy. Here are the steps that I did for my Visa application that I hope can help you in gathering all the necessary paperwork! Step1. Presenting the Required Document you’ll need: • Form DS-2019 (Certificate of Eligibility) issued by your program sponsor. • Other supporting documents – check the specific embassy or consulate website.
